Research Lead + Data Owner at Kyber Network
Owned the company's data function end-to-end: setting the data roadmap and priorities, designing the architecture, and delivering core systems with a small team while still supporting daily data needs across all departments. Built the foundational data infrastructure from scratch (indexing, core protocol datasets). Migrated key data dependencies from third-party sources to reliable in-house pipelines and expanded coverage across networks. Delivered full data support for a major product launch, including new reward/farming mechanics. Replaced legacy, unreliable analytics sources with the new infrastructure across reporting and BI. Work spans three areas: Data Product Ownership (majority) — define strategy, requirements, quality controls, and execution for all data systems; Analytics & Data Science — answer high-impact questions, maintain BI, run simulations/modeling, and investigate performance issues; Research & Quant Support — contribute to new mechanism design and provide targeted quantitative support when needed
